It's been an exciting month of cross country action and the newest group of freshman runners has shown us all what's next for distance running in the United States.

Thomas Worthington's Calvin Watson (OH) ran the 7th fastest time by a freshman boy this month, clocking in a 15:27.02 en route to a 5th place finish at the Regional Championships last week.
