The first weekend of racing at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Championships in Shawnee, Oklahoma took place over the weekend and we saw a strong amount of improvements upon last season's times in the 5,000m, including seven runners dropping over 90 seconds from their 5K time in 2024.

NOTE: Athletes who have not improved their times year-over-year were not included.
