The Roy Griak Invitational has long been a proving ground for athletes to measure their progress from one year to the next, and the 2025 edition revealed some eye-popping leaps forward. Dozens of runners carved minutes off their 2024 times, with Amery's Miles Ivey leading the way after dropping nearly seven minutes in the 5K. Right behind him, Park Center's Kevin Knutson and Chaska's Holden Higgins each shaved more than four minutes, underscoring just how much growth and grit these athletes have shown in the past year.

NOTE: Athletes who have not improved their times year-over-year were not included.
