The races have been run, the titles won. The 2025 Outdoor Track Season rewrote the Record Books, with numerous National Records going down seemingly every weekend. We saw the future of the sport at every level, with Age Group World Records from Middle School on up. Seven underclassmen made it onto our final list, meaning the sport has room to grow in strides.
The final rankings were determined on a mixed basis, comprising both National performances and All-Time Rankings. More recent performances were favored, as that is when the Championship Season happens, and we deem that to be of the utmost importance.
Check out our final rankings below.

Who's #1
The final rankings came down to Jane Hedengren and Natalie Dumas.
As only a junior, and in her first major National Meet outing of her career, Dumas dazzled. She went US-5 All-Time in the 800m, US-7 All-Time in 400H, US-8 All-Time in the 400m, and anchored a 2:03 for her SMR to take the silver medal in a US-9 All-Time performance.
Any other year, and Dumas would have been the clear favorite.

But how can you argue against Jane, who destroyed some of the sport's most untouchable National Records? She shattered the Indoor 5K mark, then came back two days later to do the same for the Mile. And that was only the warmup for Outdoors, where she shaved another 15 seconds off her 2-mile Best, and five seconds off her mile.
Jane is ranked Top 20 in the World, for any age level, in several events, and will enter the NCAA as a heavy favorite for a National Title both on and off the track. BYU will be a force to be reckoned with in the coming years, with Jane on the team.
