Over the last two months, senior boys across the country have made incredible strides in their fitness. While some improved lowered their times by a few seconds, others took nearly two minutes off of their 2023 mark.

Emmett Engelhardt, a frontrunner for Washington-Liberty (Va.) ran 15:11.6 over the weekend at the VA XC Showcase, officially knocking 1:56 off of his 17:08 SB from his junior year.

While Engelhardt is the most improved senior in the country so far this season, Organ Mountain (N.M.) senior Corbin Coombs is the fastest boy in the country.

Coombs' national-leading time of 14:30.5 is exactly a minute faster than his best performance a year ago.

Take a look at the rest of the top improved senior boys!
