Za'Kayza Parsons, Tori
Bulford-Trott, and Caitlyn Bobb were members of the University of
Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Women's Track & Field team which
competed at the Towson Invitational.
The 4x100 relay squad of Charliana Dacosta, Parsons, Bulford-Trott, and Bobb finished second with a time of 47.71Parsons would finish 2nd in the Women's 200m dash clocking a time of 24.61.
Meanwhile,
UMBC junior Bobb was honored by the America East Conference after
turning in a terrific performance at the Weems Baskin Invitational,
hosted by the University of South Carolina this past weekend.
Bobb,
the Female Track Performer of the Week took home Silver in the 400m
with a time of 54.72. Her time tops the AE leaderboard in the event and
3rd in the Mid-Atlantic Region, she also anchored both the Women's 4x100
and 4x400 helping lead those Relay teams to a 3rd place finish.
