With the outdoor season well underway, we are taking a look at which athletes have already improved on their personal bests in the 800m.

At the top of the list is MJ Novelli. The distance standout from Northwest Nelson High School (TX) has cut down over 11.5 seconds off her 800m best from last year, and lands at No. 1 on the most improved list. With a huge improvement compared to last year, the junior from Texas is now ranked in the top 100 in the U.S. at the distance in 2:15.56. 

The current U.S. No.1 in the 800m, Sadie Engelhardt, ranks at No. 123 on the most improved list, slicing a little over three seconds off her best from last year.
