With the outdoor season moving toward a full swing across most of the country, we are taking a look at which girls teams are bringing the heat in the 4x200m relay.

When looking at which teams will be returning their powerhouse sprinters, Montverde Academy (FL) has three girls who report times under 25 seconds for 200m. With their lead runner Adaejah Hodge holding a sub-23 second personal best, this makes the Eagles the deepest in the country going into the outdoor season.

The national record of 1:33.43, clocked by St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2014, has held for nearly a decade.

But with Montverde Academy coming in at a projected time of 1:35.80 on splits alone, we will see if any of these top teams have a shot at taking down the ten-year-old record. There will be a lot of talented 4x200m teams out there this spring...
