When it comes to high school track, athletes who compete in the 1,600m and 3200m are built for distance.

With that said, who are the nation's top athletes when we combine times for these two distances?

Mt. Lebanon (PA) senior Logan St.John Kletter is one such athlete. She is an elite athlete at both distances and sits at No. 2 in the country for 3,200m and No. 2 in the 1,600m.

She's the best of the best at those two disciplines together and the only athlete under 15:10.

On the boys side, it's Ethan Edgeworth from Cold Springs (AL).

Edgeworth sits No. 2 in the nation over 1,600m and currently holds the top spot in the nation for the 3,200m, being the only boy as of right now having gone sub-9 for the distance. He is the only boy to have a combined time that is sub-13:10.

Check out the rest of the nation's best 1,600m and 3,200m runners below.
