A&M's Coach Pat Henry Talks Features In Fasken Indoor Track

Ahead of Texas A&M's first home indoor meet in roughly two years on Saturday, head coach Pat Henry sat down with MileSplit's Olivia Ekpone to discuss the details on the construction of the brand-new R.A. Murray Fasken '38 Indoor Track in College Station.

This winter, the Aggies will host the McFerrin-12 Degree Invitational along with two other meets during the indoor season.

The 130,000-square-foot facility features seating all around the indoor track, which can hold 4,000 spectators. Along with the 200m banked track that sits at 12 degrees, there are six 60m sprint lanes located along the first turn inside the facility.

Texas A&M is now home to two premier track and field facilities, with the college's indoor facility now complementing E.B. Cushing Stadium, which opened in April of 2019.
