While sophomore distance runners are finishing up their second seasons on grass, we thought we'd hit you with another re-ranking of the Class of 2026's top 50 recruits.
A couple small changes have taken place.
A select number of athletes made big leaps through the rankings after strong showings in cross country, while indoor and outdoor athletes are preparing for their next forays on the oval over the 2024 season.
We ranked our athletes based on a tiered rating system, current MileSplit50 and MileSplit track and field and cross country rankings, historical results and performances over national competition. We leaned heavily on current data.
