So far in 2023, multiple programs are showing signs of success, with season and school bests that are turning heads.
From where the season stands right now, the Air Academy (CO) girls are the the fastest program in the U.S.
The Kadets collected their first win of the season at the Arapahoe Warrior XC Invitational in early September, but they didn't stop there.
The following weekend at Liberty Bell, they scored their second win with an average time of 17:31.90, the current fastest 5K team average in the country.
Lucas Lovejoy (TX), meanwhile, is giving them a run for their money with a close average of 17:59.78, thanks to their effort at the Lovejoy XC Fall Festival with a 72 point difference.
