Analysis: Boise Senior has been a squad over the last several years that has performed well in the state. The girls haven't lost a state title since 2018 and it doesn't seem like this team is going to lose once again this fall.
As the Braves enter this fall, seniors Sammy Smith and Allie Bruce will play a major role in the team's success. Along with the seniors, Zoe Sims, Sophia Clark, and Lola Boice will return for the 2023 season. With these five talented runners, Boise Senior can continue being the powerhouse in Idaho.
How will they fair against national competition?
Reflecting on last season, Boise Senior finished third at the NXR Northwest Regional meet and that was without Smith. With a healthy full squad, Boise Senior can be a threat on the course.
