It was a season of full of notable marks and record-breaking performances across nearly every discipline on the boys side.

We're honoring those top talents from every event group -- sprints, mid-distance, distance, pole vault, jumps and throws -- with our MileSplit50 outdoor All-American honors.

We chose 10 athletes from each discipline for our lists, with the first five on each earning first team honors, followed by second team awards for the remaining athletes.

Continue below for full lists of boys All-Americans for every event discipline for the 2023 outdoor season.
