The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) CEO, Tracy Berkeley, alongside BTA Director of Global Sales & Business Development, Hazel Clark, held a holding a press conference at the Flora Duffy South Field Stadium.
It was announced that the USA Track & Field and the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) agreed to the return of the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix in partnership with the Puma American Track League and sponsored by Athene Life Re Ltd.
Serving as the fifth stop on the World Athletics Continental Tour - Gold, the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix will allow athletes to earn valuable World Athletics Rankings points across 16 events, including the Men's and Women's 100, 200, 400, and 4x100, Men's 1500 and 110 Hurdles to name a few.
The USATF Bermuda Grand Prix, in partnership with the Puma American Track League, will be broadcast on NBC in the United States and Caribbean, and several countries worldwide, live from the Flora Duffy South Field Stadium, on May 21st, 2023, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
