With outdoor season now well underway, it's safe to say there are some key teams returning looking to replicate similar success from 2022.
And for the girls 4x100m specifically, the number of teams returning with all-time marks is impressive.
Team Quest (TX) will take to the track in 2023 with the fastest time in the country set during the AAU season in 2022, having clocked 44.75 to rank among the top 10 best 4x100m performances in U.S. history.
But outside of Team Quest, many other girls squads posted marks for the record books in 2022. The second-best returning team in Westlake (GA) ranks at US No. 23 all-time after sprinting to a 45.17 season best, and Fort Bend Bush (TX) ranks in the top 35 all-time behind a 45.33 state championship-winning effort at last year's UIL Texas Class 6A state meet.
