This year, the indoor short hurdles have been electrifying to watch and many of them have shown progression.
Around 1,400 boys showed improvement from their best performance from the 2022 season in the 55mH and 460 in the 60mH. Chantilly's (VA) Connor Wienke shaved 6.33 seconds in the 55mH. Meanwhile Cham. Julienne's (OH) Zyon Woods dropped nearly three seconds in the 60mH from his previous best last season.
