In this clip from the latest episode of On The Line, Olivia and Ashley chat with Simeon Birnbaum, a high school senior at Rapid City Stevens (SD) who's coming off his second straight Class AA state title. A year ago in June, he broke four minutes in the mile at the age of 16, becoming the youngest American teenager to ever accomplish the feat.
