MileSplit Introduces The Podium, An Athlete Spotlight Series

Today marks the launch a new MileSplit weekly series highlighting high school athletes from around the nation with their own unique and notable accomplishments.

"The Podium" features and celebrates the heart of the sport of cross country/track and field -- the thousands of athletes that dedicate parts of their lives to it. Each Tuesday, we will spotlight four individuals who have reached new personal achievements, whether breaking all-time bests on the cross country course, winning their first race or everything in between.

Take a look to see who made it on The Podium in the series' first installment and their commendable accomplishments.
