In this clip from the latest episode of On The Line, Cory and Olivia discuss Cade Flatt's attempt at the high school national record in the 800m on Friday at the Trials of Miles: Track Night NYC meet at Icahn Stadium.
His pursuit of Michael Granville's mark of 1:46.45, which has stood since 1996, will be one of the legitimate storylines heading toward the meet on Friday night.
But he won't be the only story worth watching. Athletes such as Sophia Gorriaran, Juliette Whittaker, Ellie Shea, Jenna Mulhern and big-time high school mile fields will also be part of the meet. The meet will be streamed live on YouTube on the Citius Mag channel.
