This weekend was full of solid performances across the board.
There's now a new national leader in the boys 400mH. Jaylen Boudreaux of Cane Bay (SC) took the lead on the leaderboard with a huge surge at the SCTCCCA Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic Elite Meet where he clocked a 52.46 for a new season's best.
On the girls side, Raytown South's (MO) Zaya Akins sprinted to a US leading mark in the 400m at the Gary Parker Invitational. She topped the charts with a 53.06 and then ran a 22.94 (NWI) for the fastest all-conditions 200m this spring.
