It was a big weekend for Lowndes' (GA) Kaniya Johnson in the 100m at All-American Track Classic in South Carolina.
In the prelims, the FSU signee clocked a 11.71 to advance to the finals. This is where she brought out the jets.
Even though Johnson had a quick drive phase, she ran her fastest time of the season -- and career -- with an all conditions time of 11.49. This was her first performance under 11.50 of her career.
The New Balance Nationals Indoor All-American has been undefeated this outdoor season and has continued to show improvement every time she competes.
