With cross country rounding the corner, we're unveiling the best 2,000 returning junior girls.
And no surprise, a familiar name is at very top.
An eighth-place finisher as a sophomore at the NSAF Meet of Champions, IMG Academy's Tatum David returns as the Class of 2023's top returner and remains one of two -- including Lauren Ping -- who went under 17 minutes for 5K in 2020.
Rounding out the top five are two runners from Rhode Island and Colorado.
