Those hoping for an end-of-season national cross country team championship got what they were hoping for this week.
Nike announced the dates for its 2021 version of Team Cross Country Nationals, as it landed on December 4, 2021 at Glendoveer Golf Course in Portland, Oregon.
Team Nationals has been held at Glendoveer since 2014, though the organization's 2020 installment of the race was canceled due to concerns around COVID-19.
Regional dates have also been announced for qualifiers. They are as such:
November 13: Northwest
November 14: Heartland, Midwest
November 20: Southwest, south
November 27: Southeast, Northeast, New York
The last qualifier on Nike's schedule is the California Interscholastic Federation State Championships. The CIF has not scheduled a date for its 2021 fall championship just yet.
