Comprehensive Field Event Coverage At The 2021 VA Showcase

Yup, you heard that right. The 2021 VA Showcase will be streaming live on MileSplit, January 14th-17th, and will offer track and field fans the opportunity to customize their viewing experience of this weekend's event.

Four static cameras will follow the action in the field events, offering viewers the chance to watch the shot put, pole vault, high jump, and long jump/triple jump events in their entirety.

Additionally, MileSplit's live event page will allow viewers to tune into the running events, which features a handful of cameras that capture every moment on the track. No matter what event you'd like to watch, MileSplit is giving subscribers the opportunity to tune into it. Live!

In four years this invitational has seen 10 national records, four U20 World Records, and a staggering 71 U.S. No. 1 performance. The most important statistic, however, is how many high school athletes PR at this meet. National Records are great, but what separates this meet from the rest is seeing talented young athletes set personal bests in front of a loud and cheering crowd (something we hope will one day return in the near future).

Now hosted at the brand new Virginia Beach Sports Center, the 2021 VA Showcase will go to new heights!

Video footage from the event will be archived and stored in a video library for MileSplit subscribers to view on-demand after the event.

The 2021 VA Showcase will begin Thursday, January 14th at 9:00 AM ET.
