Note: Athletes on teams that have seasons which are delayed until 2021 (California, Oregon, Washington, etc.) will be placed on honorable mention until that athlete has competed unattached at some point over the 2020 season. MileSplit has determined that it will only rank athletes across the fall season and will not extend a second version of this list for limited teams over the spring.

Kevin Vanderkolk, Brentwood (TN): In stacked races, he was third at The Southern Showcase (15:06.04) and fourth at the Chickasaw Invitational.

Noah Ward, Philip Simmons (SC): He's won his first two races in SC and owns a 5K best of 15:07.90 from Sept. 19.

Jackson Danner, Huntsville (AL): He's led Huntsville to an incredible start to 2020.

Michael Moffatt, Westlake (UT): He's won three of four races. He ran a best of 15:04.00 for 3-miles at the Timpanogos Invite.

Connor Ackley, Hilliard Davidson (OH): He's ranked second in Ohio with a best of 15:09.68.

Walker Cole, Oak Mountain (AL): He was third at the Chickasaw Invitational.
