We are finally at that time of the year where high school track and field athletes are committing to colleges and choosing to compete in the NCAA (or NAIA).

Here are a few notable names from around the country who have already announced their college commitments.

The Furman women have thrived under the direction of coach Rita Gary, who is not only an excellent developer of talent, but an outstanding recruiter as well.

Gary's strong ability to bring in top distance athletes to the Furman program is evidenced by her most recent recruiting class, which is headlined by Bethany Graham (a Foot Locker Nationals qualifier). Now, she has two other high-level runners already committed to join the Paladins.
