We're in the middle of a series looking at the top all-time combined athletes in throws, hurdles, distance, sprints, and jumps. Today we're looking at the top combined-long and triple jump athletes.

Leading the way in the boys combine long and triple jump is Tara's (LA), Kenneth Hall. Hall is the national record holder in the triple jump with a mark of 54 feet 10 and a quarter inches. He jumped even further than that with a mark of 25-6.75 but there was a +4.6 wind making it over the legal limit. With his all-conditions triple jump mark and all-conditions long jump best of 25-6.75 (+2.2), he has the combined jumps lead at 81-9.25.

A more recent jumper who doesn't hold the national record but does hold the seventh-best triple jump mark all-time is 2016 Cahokia (IL) graduate Ja'Mari Ward. Ward has all conditions marks of 25-8.75 in the long jump, a 5...
