St. Mary's Stockton's (CA) Jamar Marshall has run the fastest 110mH time by a junior. At the 2019 USATF U20 Outdoor Championships, Marshall stopped the clock at his personal best of 13.22 (1.5). This was also the nation's fastest time in this event. Between 2018 and 2019, Marshall shaved .75 seconds off of his 110mH time. Last outdoor season, he ran the nation's sixth fastest time in the 300mH with a 36.74.
In the beginning of March, and fresh off the basketball season, Marshall opened his 2020 season with a 14.17 at the Edison Stockton Viking Invitational.
Marshall will be attending Arizona State University in the fall to continue his academic and athletic career.
