When it comes to attracting the top high school distance talents in the country, there are a few constants.
Programs like Oregon, Stanford, Colorado, and more recently Northern Arizona, have found a way to consistently bring in the top recruits in the country, year in and year out.
Trying to enter that fold of teams is a near-impossible task.
But the top two athletes from the 2019 Foot Locker National Championships, Josh Methner and Carter Solomon, aren't going to Eugene, Palo Alto, Boulder or Flagstaff.
