The Body Stick Self Massager, ($42.50)

FloSports' Parker Navarro, who ran at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, offers the apt suggestion of the self massager for all those who are dying to get that lactic acid out of their system.

Nike Classic Sports Bra, ($35)

This one is a sports bra classic. Nike offers a good price of $35 dollars for their simplest, yet most effective sports bra. Offering medium support and a basic build, this bra can be worn by virtually anyone and looks very sharp underneath a tight uniform with the basic colors. It also color coordinates well with their Nike Pro spandex: https://www.nike.com/t/pro-womens-3-training-shorts-q2q4jJ/725443-012. These are good for long runs as they are very lightweight and form fitting. I always wore them for travel as well and I'm sure any cross country female could agree.

East Bay Compression Shorts ($9.99)
Something I noticed is that when I did fast workouts (I was an 800/1600 girl for track in high school) is that spandex without a tight waistband often rode up on me. These are super random, but they worked really well staying in place for quicker paced distance workouts, like 200's. They're East Bay and on the lower priced side with a ton of color options (If you're looking for something more flashy spandex, these were also good. Stayed in place during fast workouts, and fast races. I wore them for my uniform shorts)
