6. Jasmine Moore
Event: Triple Jump
Hometown: Grand Prairie, Tx.
School: Mansfield Lake Ridge High, Class of 2019
Breakdown: Moore has gradually climbed up the ladder over her last two seasons, scoring freshman and sophomore class records in the triple jump. This year's best effort came at New Balance Nationals Outdoor, where she skied for a leap of 43-7.25 (+0.9). She's logged seven straight jumps over 42 feet and four have been wind-legal. But Moore finished second to Homewood-Flossmoor (IL) High's Jaimie Robinson, who exploded in the event late in the season and and won USAs in 43-10.50. Moore and Robinson could both very well medal, so watch out for the tandem from the USA to do big things.
