Before she finished runner-up to Kate Murphy (Lake Braddock VA) with a 9:42 3K on Saturday at the Ocean Breeze Freedom Games, North Rockland (NY) freshmen Katelyn Tuohy won a 1000 meter race last Wednesday in a US #4 PR time of 2:52 at the Rockland Coaches Invitational against a past national champion in Kam McIntosh of Suffern (NY).
