For the second straight year, the South Kingstown runner will be heading to challenging Van Cortlandt Park for the Foot Locker Regionals. Last year the Rebel junior was eighth at the regional meet and then placed 14th overall at the Nationals to earn All-American status. Lawler appears to be peaking at the right time.
