Brand New MileSplit Meet Pages Released

MileSplit Meet Page Redesign

At MileSplit we're always looking to elevate high school XC/Track and Field. We our very excited to release our completely renovated meet pages! Check out the complete details on all the great updates, new features ,and how to use them below!

Mobile Friendly

Tablet and mobile users rejoice! No more awkwardly sized web pages as you try to navigate through your results and videos. The redesigned meet pages will now adjust to the device you're using!

Results, Results, Results

NEW Navigation: You can now find results in the "Results" tab towards the top of the page in the meet page navigation. We know how much time you all spend looking at results, so we made it easier! It's now presented in a new, easier to view format. You can easily navigate to the elite performance report for every meet. The team filter option will display all the performances from any team that attended the meet. In the past, you had to keep clicking back and forth between individual event results and the main meet page when the results were divided by event...NO MORE! A convenient dropdown menu has been added to the top of the results page. As always, with the MileSplit formatted results you can click on any athlete's name to get their complete stats profile!

In Depth Team Reports *Brand New*

One of our brand new features that I can't stop obsessing over is the brand new team reports!

By going to the team page and clicking the "Results" option for the list of attending teams, you will get a breakdown by performance and event of all the athletes from the XC/Track and Field squad.

Now why is this so awesome!? Checkout the screenshots below.

For track, it's a great tool to see every athlete from both the boys and girls teams in an easy to use format. Coaches can get all their athlete stats in one easy place instead of having to track them all down for each event. The display brings you each athlete's time as well as finish place.

In the second image on the right, you see a shot from the Marcus I Invite. Cross country is where things can get really interesting! Not only does it compile all your team results regardless of which race the athlete competed in, but it also sorts them by time.

Should your top JV runner run in your varsity Top-7 next meet? Maybe your runner who finished 3rd in the JV race ran faster than the varsity runner who finished 71st!

Videos and Photos

The photos have now been consolidated into one tab instead of expanding and unnecessarily elongating the meet page. The video page presents all videos better, and once you click on a video, you now have the option to tag an athlete. By tagging the athlete in the video, it will display on the video page of their MileSplit athlete profile! The race tags are also more prominently displayed in blue under each video, and a convenient drop down menu will be directly underneath to find all the races you're looking for.

Meet Records, Venue Records, Meet History

Easily access all of the historical data and past results from any meet you want! The meet history drop down grants you access to all the meet pages from past editions of the meet by clicking on the decade you are looking for. This will allow you to find past results, photos and videos from earlier editions of your favorite events. You can also access meet and venue records which will direct you to a rankings page that will filter deep lists of stats in a way that is dedicated only to the specific meet or venue you want to see. Find out how you stack up against the athletes who have come before you!
