Junior Vince Zona ran No. 1 with a 14:37.3, third place finish as he was just outkicked by Lehnhardt.

Maryjeanne Gilbert of Peoria Notre Dame won the 1A/2A Girls Race in 16:34, nearly 90 seconds ahead of the runner-up; Brooke Wilson of Prospect won 3A Girls Race in 16:51 for her first career run under 17 minutes
