Top returning boys cross country teams from the District of Columbia based off last year's season best 5K times from their returning squad members. Gonzaga College's Jacob Floam (pictured by Mary Ann Magnant) leads a formidable team of runners coming back, who will also be bolstered by two transfers by way of Maryland and New York including Ryan Lockett formerly of Poolesville (MD) and William McCann formerly of Xavier (NY).
