Hannah Debalsi (CT) finished 5th last year at Foot Locker Nationals
After finishing second last year behind senior Brianna Schwartz, rinsing senior Hannah Debalsi will look to take the victory in the Northeast region this year. If she qualifies for California again this year the Staples (CT) runner will look to improve on her 5th place finish from last year at Balboa Park. Debalsi is the 2nd fastest returner on the National stage, just behind fellow rising senior Paige Hofstad (TX). Toping the list is Madeleine Davison of North Allegheny (PA) who ran a 17:32.90 early in the season last year. Some other key competitors to keep an eye on are Mady Clahane of Cumberland Valley (PA) who finished 23rd at Foot Locker Northeast last year, and Danielle Jordan and Julia Zachgo who both chose to run NXN last year and finished 20th and 33rd respectively in the New York Region.
