All-Americans Wanted In NB Nationals Boys 100

Ryan Clark is looking to follow up his indoor national title in the 60 meter dash with another this spring in the 100 meter dash at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor next weekend in Greensboro. The senior from Banneker High School in Georgia currently is ranked US #1 with his sizzling 10.26 wind-legal clocking at his state meet in mid-May. Clark will be challenged by a familiar foe in Virginia state champion Noah Lyles (US #11 10.47) as the two traded wins indoors at New Balance Nationals with Lyles taking second in the 60 dash to Clark, but beating him in the 200.

They are not the only state champions to watch in the 100 meter dash as Tavien Feaster of South Carolina, Nathaniel Huggins of Alabama, and Maxwell Willis of Maryland are arguably three of the nation's fastest juniors in the country. However, none of three sub 10.50 sprinters are waiting around till next year to become national champions.
