PA athletes posted some impressive perfomances in the eight class races at the Northeast Regionals, led by 2nd place finishes by Cumberland Valley's Curtis Bixler in the boys Sophomore race, and Mercer's Nichole Smith in the girls Junior race. Other top finishes belonged to Sean Craig of Honesdale in the Freshman race (3rd), Stephen Finley of Allentown in the Sophomore race, and Erin Roberts of Fogelsville in the Sophomore race.
