NXN Southwest Rankings - Top 500 Girls Times

Top 500 girls 5K cross country times in the NXN Southwest Region states as of November 18th.Colorado state champ Katie Rainsberger and Arizona state champion Dani Jones will be dueling in the Arizona desert again this saturday at the NXN Southwest Regional. Both Rainsberger and Jones ran their 5K personal bests earlier in the season in a race against each other at the Desert Twilight Classic with Rainsberger pulling out the narrow win in 16:41.

Add in 3-time Utah state cross country champion Lucy Biles, 2-time Colorado state champion Lauren Gregory, and Utah state runner-up Aubrey Argyle, the NXN Southwest Regional race will have 5 of the top 25 runners in the Saucony Flo50 Rankings.
