At the 12th annual Fork Union Invitational held at the Estes Athletic center in Fork Union, VA on January 20th, there was some pretty impressive times and performances by some well known athletes then by some not so well known athletes.

The Christopher Newport University High School showcase held on January 12-13th at the brand new Freeman Center in Newport News, Virgina, featured some of the best times and performances so far in this indoor track season.

The East Coast Invitational held at the Arthur Ashe Center, on January 5th and 6th had some great performances. Some of best track & field athletes were on hand to compete, but Joe Ellis of Dinwiddie stood out the most

Sara's national championship victory was called the greatest comeback in Footlocker history: Not only a comeback in the race, but coming back after not qualifying the previous year. Sara took some time to talk with us one night about her season and life.
