Eleanor Roosevelt Boys Run 400m Hill Repeats

While on a recent Workout Wednesday trip to California, we caught up the Flo50 No. 16-ranked Eleanor Roosevelt boys. They had an early-morning hill workout which we had the chance to see. Watch the workout above and check out the full details below. 

The Workout:

8x400m effort-based hill repeats

Rest: 400m active recovery back to start.

(Essentially a continuous 800m loop)
