Anne Forysth, Adelyn Ackley, and Sielle Kearney weren't just fast on Saturday at the Bezie Pete Moss Invitational.

They were historically fast.

The three runners logged the third, fourth, and fifth fastest 5K times in August over the last 10 years nationally with their performances over the weekend.

Forsyth won in 16:50.30, Ackley was second in 16:54.50, and Kearney was third in 16:54.80.

Only Boise State's Allie Ostrander's effort from 2014 (16:44.30) and Notre Dame's Anna Rohrer's performance from 2013 (16:52.25) have been faster in this month over that stretch.
