Top 2016 Team Finish: 8th at NXN, 3rd at NXN South, 1st at 6A UIL State Meet

Analysis: Last year the guys from The Woodlands almost didn't make the big dance after sitting their best guy, William Hunsdale at the Nike South Regional. With Hunsdale on the bench the team ended up finishing third after winning the state meet just a few weeks before. Because of this they were awarded an at large bid and a trip to Portland. The team lost a few of their top guys like Hunsdale to graduation but they always have some waiting in the wings to step up and make a difference on the varsity squad.
