In the rain at last year's Loucks Games, Noah Affolder won the East Coast's version of the Arcadia 3200 defeating a stacked field with a personal best time of 8:47. Affolder has since moved from New York to Pennsylvania, but would not be surprised to see him back up at the Loucks Games in May to defend his title and go for an even faster time well into the 8:40's.
