Nick Dahl (PA)
Nick Dahl has enjoyed excellent progression over the past two years, first winning the Freshman 2 Mile at NBNO in 9:19.07 then this spring, placing third in the Championship Section in 9:01.81. Last season in cross country, Dahl was the highest-placing sophomore at the prestigious Paul Short Invitational, where placed 10th in 15:41. He then went on to finish fourth (6:29.40) in the PA Independent Schools Championships and finished 59th at the NXN Northeast Regional (17:11.90).
