When you have a weekend off in between your conference and regional meets in the Virginia championship season, why not make a trip down to sunny Florida? That is exactly what Patriot sophomore Rachel McArthur did and the trip was definitely worth it as she will now get an all-expenses paid trip to New York City for the adidas Dream Mile after her 4:48 mile victory at Golden South to grab spot #12 in the field.
