Saturday Highlights from Penn Relays

Championship of America Boys 4x100m Finals

Calabar setting the new Penn Relays HS Boys COA 4x100m record, 39.63.

With Michael O'Hara getting reinstated to run this weekend off of his original Penn Relays ban, the Calabar (JAM) boys did not disappoint. By the time O'Hara's 2nd leg was halfway over the only other team still in the mix was St. Jago (JAM). St. Jago rubbed shoulders with Calabar the whole way, but it was Seanie Selvin that brought home another wheel for Calabar as they broke the Penn Relays HS Boys COA 4x100m record in 39.63. The last time Calabar won the COA 4x100m was 2009; they also won in 2008.

TC Williams' Trekel Lockett (AE) passing the baton to Noah Lyles

TC Williams, VA (AE) after running the fastest 4x400m qualifying time of 3:12, came back and was the top American school in 5th place overall in US #5 40.84.
