Paced by a 10th-place finish from Hannah Oneda, Johns Hopkins took home its first cross country national crown and first women’s national title in any sport. TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Sophomore Kristen Galligan (Frederick, Md./Governor Thomas Johnson) became the first Washington & Jefferson College cross country runner (male or female) to earn All-America honors Saturday after claiming 12th place at the 2012 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology's LaVern Gibson Course. MIDEAST REGION – Hannah Oneda, Johns Hopkins A freshman from Westminster, Md., Oneda was the winner of the Mideast by over five seconds and led the Blue Jays to the regional title.
